Pareon Forms is a hosted form-and-survey builder for regulated industries; pricing scales by monthly form responses with four tiers and a strict no-overage policy.

Free plan

Pareon Forms offers a free plan that includes one published form, up to 100 responses per month, and basic conditional logic. Free-plan forms display a small Pareon footer that cannot be removed. File uploads, e-signature blocks, and conditional logic with more than three branches are reserved for paid plans. The free plan does not include any data residency choice; data is stored in the US-East-2 region.

Team plan

Team is $29 per month or $290 annually (a two-month equivalent discount). Includes up to 1,500 responses per month, unlimited published forms, file uploads up to 25 MB per upload, and e-signature blocks with auditable signing logs. Includes EU data residency on request at no extra cost. Once the monthly response cap is hit, additional submissions are blocked rather than billed.

Business plan

Business is $129 per month or $1,290 annually. Includes up to 12,000 responses per month, custom domains with TLS certificates managed by Pareon (Let's Encrypt), webhook + Zapier integration, custom CSS, and SAML/SSO via Okta or Microsoft Entra. Pareon offers Business customers an option to push raw response data to a customer-owned S3 or Azure Blob bucket on submission.

Compliance plan

Compliance starts at $880 per month and is required for HIPAA, FedRAMP Moderate, or any workload subject to UK GDPR data subject access response automation. Includes BAA, signed DPA, single-tenant database, audit log streaming to customer SIEM, and 24-month tamper-evident response retention. Compliance contracts have a six-month minimum term and 60-day termination notice.
